1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
Personal Information Provided by You. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, or payment information (“Personal Information”). collect Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it through a Website, or when you provide it to us through other means. Information automatically collected – Log Data
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our website.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the website, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. We use Bank transfer & Midtrans for payment, analytics, and other business services. Midtrans collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. Midtrans uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection.
2. HOW DOES AMATERASUN USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information and supporting data for purposes based on legitimate business interests in order to use our Websites.
- Operate a Website in accordance with its terms and conditions,
- Facilitate a purchase you choose to make using a Website, including facilitating payment for your purchase;
- Notify you when an order you have made using a Website is ready for pick-up or delivery;
- Respond to your questions or inquiries;
- Conduct market research and surveys;
- Conduct promotional activities, including contests, in association with a Website;

We may transfer your Personal Information to third-party service providers that assist us with carrying out these purposes. For example, we use third party service providers to facilitate payments, and we may use a data processing contractor to operate computer systems on our behalf. We provide protection of personal information, which is required under PIPEDA.
When Personal Information is transferred to such a third-party service provider, that party will be contractually bound to use such Personal Information only to carry out the services we have requested, and to provide protection for the Personal Information.
3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?
In Short: We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with Websites, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
You may ask us to delete the personal information provided to us if you deem that the personal information that we collect is irrelevant for the use of our website.

We have retention standards that meet these requirements.
Although we have taken measures to help protect our Website(s), computer systems, and any Personal Information that we have collected from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction, no security measures can provide absolute protection. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. All third parties that obtain Personal Information from us (e.g. service providers that perform functions on our behalf) are required to protect your confidentiality and Personal Information in a manner consistent with this policy, and/or as required by law.
Some or all of the Personal Information we collect may be stored or processed on servers located outside your jurisdiction of residence, including in Indonesia, whose data protection laws may differ from the jurisdiction in which you live. As a result, this information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to laws in those jurisdictions. Subject to applicable laws in such other jurisdictions, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to require the data processor in that country to maintain protections on the Personal Information.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. We will however notify you immediately if any personal information under our control is compromised due to any breach involving personal information which may have been compromised and take other procedure under applicable laws and regulations.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
9. ACCESS, ERASURE, AND RECTIFICATION
In Short: You may review, change, terminate your account and ask us to delete your personal information at any time.
You have a right to request access to your Personal Information and to request a correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate. If you have submitted Personal Information to AMATERASUN and would like to have access to it, or if you would like to have it removed or corrected, please contact us using the contact form. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request; however, in some cases, we may not be able to allow you to access certain Personal Information in certain circumstances, for example, if it contains Personal Information of other persons, or for legal reasons. In such cases, we will provide you with a reasonable explanation of why it is not possible to grant access to your Personal Information.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you would prefer not to accept cookies, most browsers will allow you to: (i) change your browser settings to notify you when you receive cookies, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) set your browser to automatically reject cookies. Subject to applicable law, PT Royal Pesona Indonesia reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify all or any portion of this Agreement at any time without incurring any liability or obligation whatsoever to you or any other person or entity. If we do this, we will post the changes to this Agreement at least thirty (30) days before the amendment comes into effect, and will indicate at the top of this page the date this Agreement was last revised. You may refuse the amendment and rescind, or cancel your participation without cost, penalty, or cancellation indemnity, by sending us to notice that effect no later than thirty (30) days after the amendment comes into force, using the information in the notice.
12. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE OR ANY USER COMPLAINT?
